[SOLVED] City/State Portal Template?

However, I have some questions.

I really need city/state portal template.

I think your Newsline2 can work if you add some plugin/extensions such as...
Directory - possibly use SOBI2?
Classified (paid and free listings)

How about creating city/state portal template that already has above
plugins/extensions already installed as template package?

If yes, when would that be available?

Another question.

You have Platinum package.
But, that has 24 domains limit.
How come you guys dont have developer license with unlimited domains?
