[SOLVED] Still needing help with youfashion

I had IM'ed about this, posted about this during my 30 days support, and no reply. When I open the widgets for position 'bottom1',bottom2', and 'bottom3', they are blank, I can hand code those positions if I had more info on the template, otherwise I will have to reverse engineer it, but it takes time because being state director of meetings for a National Org with 1000 chapters takes up much of what I do.

Hi - I looked at your posting history, and it appears you original issue was addressed within 48 hours. Not knowing WordPress as well as I know Joomla!, I expect the next issue you posted in the same thread was getting into the depth normally reserved for Developer members.

While I understand that the WordPress themes are not part of the Developer membership, the support staff can sometimes get bogged down supporting members that request far more information than their specific membership level was designed to provide.

I don't mean to imply that you lack the skill set necessary to make any changes; however, you might be surprised what types of questions we get asked. For example, I firmly believe that someone who doesn't understand even basic CSS should not be asking how or attempting to modify it. Yet, many times, the support team is asked to help once someone gets lost after trashing their site by randomly doinking around in the code.
