Template and Demo Installation Issues - Constantly

I have been working with YouJoomla templates almost non-stop over the past several days. I am not new to Joomla or website development, but I have never had so many issues with templates as I have had with templates from YouJoomla. It seemed that the option to download demo versions would be a God-send. But I have received error after error. My current demo installation (Newsline) is the closest to complete as I have seen, and any quick look at the demo version on my site will let even the newest of novices know that something is not quite right:
- The \Fast Links\ section bears no header and the links themselves are too large and cartoonish
- There are no spaces between the modules on the right-hand side, giving the content a squashed appearance
- The breadcumbs are missing
- Several of the modules are missing their titles OR the title font does not appear as it does in the online demonstration
- The videos do NOT play in the video player
- The appearance of the \site settings\ and the \user login\ are not professional
- Instead of user-friendly modules being utilized, my demo has a jumbled mess, especially down at the bottom. No nice, neat appearance. Just a jumbled, scrambled mess...
- ...And that is just to name a few. There are other issues, as well. My favorite template is TV Guide. But, the demo came with a \warning\ in the readme.txt that if one experienced XML (which I just happened to experience with this demo and no other so far) that there was likely something wrong with my database...

So, unfortunately, the Newsline demo installation is the closest to being happy that I have been so far with one of their products. Needless to say, I am sorely disappointed in the overall services provided by this company. I was not expecting perfection, but it just seems as if time and time again the company does not deliver what they advertise...Its frustrating and a severe waste of my time.

I wish that my membership resulted in higher quality services. I wish that my membership resulted in more thoroughly answered questions, or even an acknowledgement of my questions. Several days ago, I sent a request to YouJoomla administration asking them to provide a quote for specific services that I wanted rendered. No response was ever received.

So, I have gone back to the drawing board. It is currently after 2am and I am looking at pulling another all-nighter - as I have done ever since signing up with YouJoomla, just to try to pull something together that would be presentable for my company.

While the templates at YouJoomla look very professional, unless you are prepared to deal with templates and demos that are not quite representative of the companys gallery, you may want to think twice before investing your money here. Again, the presentation is good and it is apparent that this quaint staff works very hard, but as a busy small business owner who wears many hats and who works hard herself, I feel as if I have created more problems for myself than I am able to find solutions for by utilizing YouJoomla for my website design needs.

This is very unexpected from reading your previous posts, I do not see you asking for help on forums in regards to the issues you mentioned, not only that but you personally thanked CP for helping you out, you had 11 posts and every question was answered and demo installed for you,

I am sorry that you feel the way you do but sometimes no matter what you do you are not able to accommodate someones expectations. I see you are very good with words but you failed to read instructions on how to do things you need.

All info on how to setup the videos and modules are on the demo sites itself or in forums.

CP installed the demo for you that looks exactly like our demo. if you are so experienced with Joomla as you say you would find a solution very fast.

Our demos are complicated but again if you know Joomla like you do there should not be any issues.
We replied to your answerers in timely manner and I think that is worth something but again this is a first post from you that actually says that there is something wrong.

I also understand that is late and you might ran in the issue but beside all that you should ask for solution before making such statement and before all read forum rules.

And since I see that you did install by yourself , did you ever checked that you maybe lost some files during the transfer?

Neo, I have seen many compliments on this site regarding your services. I was not writing to offend you or anyone with your company. I am writing at 2:30am because I am again up trying to pull a product together for my company. I am not writing to offend you, or to strike out at you, as you have obviously done towards me. But, instead, I was writing to share my experience with others. If I had seen a warning like the one I have posted, I may have thought twice about enlisting the services of your company.

And, perhaps it would not have come to this if I had received some sort of response from your company when I inquired about a quote to have your company do the work for me.

No need to attack with words. We both have companies to run. I am just doing the best that I can to get the product that is needed for my own company, after several sleepless nights of working on this project.

And for the record - CP did NOT install a demo for me.

Absolutely - I installed each attempted template/demo several times. The errors received were different each time...Sometimes the errors kept me from installing Joomla, sometimes Joomla was installed but the webpage would not load; sometimes the webpage would load but with several, several errors.

I understadn and was not attacking but responding, your post is the first of this manner and I can honestly say that I do not see a reason for it or a try to get help from us. As for response for custom work , please it is email for that we might did not receive , look at last forums posts and you will see that you are not the only one since 3 days.

You said yourself that you have seen so many compliments about our work but you presenting us as not worthy of any of them by making such statement. If you would have asked for solution and us not helping I would completely understand

We are the only club that would have someone get on your site and simply FIX IT for you , no charge no questions. But you just failed to ask.

You say that demos load with error , it takes anyone to install our demo exactly 5min so simply asking hey CP or hey anyone why and how would help you more that you just trying to figure it out on your own.

There might be a server issue , FTP , php version mysql bug anything , so please in order to get help just simple ask for it. If everyone would have such problems don t you think that our forums would be full with same questions?

Now before you say anything else follow forum rules ,

Post question and simply give us the link to your installation or post the error that is all
