Hy.

I have two questions. First, how can I add a border around the main body? Two, how can I assign that to just one part of the site?

Hello winnetouch.
You can add page class on the menu item you want the border to be visible.
After that you can add this into your custom.css file:

.pageclass #centerbottom{
border: 2px solid #000;
}
Kindness costs the least, but is worth the most!
