YJ movie studio & Mootools issue

Hello,

I am using YJ Movie Stuio in my site, but the videos are not playing.
When I disable the System - Mootools Upgrade plugin, it does play.
But I need the plugin in my template. My menu's will not work properly if I disable the mootools plugins. What should I do now to make the YJ movie studio play videos and main menu to work properly at the same time.
