Mbox works in demo on all browsers. But your superfish menu is throwing some errors:
(function (a, b) {return new E.prototype.init(a, b);}) etc.etc. which prevents the site from loading in ff. Please try it first without superfish and/or with a template like beez or yjsg.

Thanks for the response, I have disabled the superfish menu and it did not change anything. I also tried out the beez template and it did not change anything. I really need to get this fixed quick. I am willing to pay to get a fix for this if you think you can fix this. I can not figure it out at all and we are trying to make the site go live now. Any help would be great.

Thanks

We can not give support the way you suggested.

Since you have your site offline i can't be anymore specific. But as i said mbox works fine in all browsers (check demo), so it's only logical to conclude that something is going wrong on your end.

When i see how many js you load, and how many js errors that throws, then the solution would be to disable every js you load, enable one at a time and see when it goes wrong. Then you will have the culprit.

For instance, you load allmost 1 mb on js, off which 3 are different versions of jquery. This is really asking for things to go wrong.

So disable everything, enable one at the time and soon you will find the culprit.

Ok thanks for the help. I have disabled everything and still had the black boxes. I don't know what the issue would be then. I will try and figure it out.

Thanks for the help

Hi

I took a look at your site in IE, and here is what is missing:

in the code for each image, there is no width and height defined for the thumb

Thank you so much. That fixed the issue.

Did you see that the site is a bit slow on IE? the main drop down menu overlaps some times and the Mini social hub i have also opens funny. I disabled it to see if it might be the Facebook extension casing the issue but the site was still playing up.

on firefox and google C it works wonderfully.
