no access

Hi,I had a free membership and signed up for the silver.When I try to access the forums I am told I dont have permission to access.It looks like a common problem,thanks for any help,Frankie

Hi fbellflo, I apologise for the problems accessing the forum. Unfortunately it is a common problem for us and we are working on a replacement. The cause is a stale cookie in your browser which can easily be resolved by logging out, clearing your browser cookies and logging back in again.

Thanks for the fast response,but it doesnt work.Ive logged out and deleted all cookies a couple of times ,but I still get this message when I log into forums.

When I go to club template forums ,I get the cant access message.

I got the same above message after I signed up when I tried to download ,but emailed billing and got a super fast response,and I can now download ,but havent been able to get the forum to work.Thanks,
