I have a site which I have JUpgraded the content and that went well. Not too fussed about that as I can sort later.
It is a 1.5 template which I wish to upgrade to 2.5
I followed this video to upgrade and have tried to by deleting all but the parts it wants and also including.

Edited templatedetails.xml, index.php and removed some 1.5 stuff as per vid.
However I get css issues afterwards and no menus etc...
Am I missing something as the video does not exactly match yougrids template but then thats because I am assuming this template is more advanced.
It DOES work... in that I get visual, but sizes, positioningm menus etc... are all out.
What am I missing?
