Cookie warning - acceptance

It would be nice to add this as an extension, in future updates. Sadly, due to the ridiculous EU rules, we here in the UK and Europe have to notify visitors that they cookies are stored on their computers and devices.

At the moment we have to use third party plug-ins, it would be nice to have this option as part of the default template controls with any YJ template.

how to activate?

@Hotfix , we dont have that anywhere in the templates or the framework at this momment
