refund question

Last time I purchased membership, due to unforeseen circumstances, I did not download anything at all, and only asked one single question in the forum the entire duration of the membership, which was about how to change the background img. I also contacted billing about this issue but never got any response. Is it possible to get a refund or at least a discount on another membership? Thank you. Honestly, in the last few years since I've been using Youjoomla, I never received a response when I utilized the form connected to the link you provided above. (http://www.youjoomla.com/contact-us-after-sales.html) This has occurred probably 5-6 times total. When it says "message was sent, please wait 24/48 hrs for a reply" etc., I assume it was actually sent.
How else can I contact someone? |
