Real Estate Template -Please

If you could create:

A Real Estate Template

That:

Visitor can register to become a user.
New User could Post Homes, Land for Sale, Rent

This would be a great site.
I am sure MANY PEOPLE would purchase it.

Any of the templates could be used as A Real Estate Template. Its just a matter of adding the right extensions. You can find free and paid extensions for Real Estate Listings on the Joomla website.
